Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the RatedR Miami TV Affiliate Program.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions based on subscription plans:

• Starter Plan: $5 per referral
• Rising Plan: $10 per referral
• VIP Plan: $15 per referral
• Elite Plan: $25 per referral

3. Payment Terms

- Minimum payout threshold: $20

- Payments are processed within 30 days of request

4. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• Accurately represent RatedR Miami TV services
• Not engage in spam or misleading marketing
• Use only approved promotional materials

5. Term and Termination

RatedR Miami TV reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violation of these terms.
